4. Utah Jazz

The Utah jazz has struggled to gain respect across the league during this season. They have the best record in the NBA and have consistently been the best team in the Western Conference throughout the season.

That said, I’m not sure there are many that would be willing to pick Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert over Anthony Davis and LeBron James in a seven-game playoff series. Though, with how well this team has played together collectively as a unit to season it wouldn’t be surprising to see the Jazz push the Lakers in a series.

If the Jazz can continue to play at this level into the playoffs, it’ll be interesting to see how these two teams stack up against each other in a prolonged sample size. They’d likely need a big series from Donovan Mitchell and every the best version of Rudy Gobert that we’ve seen all season long.
