27. Philadelphia 76ers – Day’Ron Sharpe, C, North Carolina

The Philadelphia 76ers will likely be seeking frontcourt depth to help Joel Embiid in the future. One potential fit in the forward/center position is Day’Ron Sharpe out of North Carolina. He still has work to do and is finding his stride as a player, but did flash show potential this past season.

Sharpe averaged 10 points and eight rebounds during his freshman season at North Carolina and will likely need to cut a bit more weight to fit in the modern NBA. But he’s certainly on the right track.

He could be groomed and developed behind Embiid and could potentially grow into a rotation role for the team down the line.
