3. Houston Rockets – Jalen Suggs, G, Gonzaga

After the James Harden saga and situation that they had to deal with at the beginning of this season, getting a top-five pick in the 2021 NBA draft will bring some fresh energy and enthusiasm into this franchise.

With the third pick, the Rockets will select the player many believe to be the third-best prospect in this class. Jalen Suggs was the best player for a Gonzaga team that nearly finished with a perfect season. Even after losing in the championship, Suggs had done enough to solidify himself as a top 4 pick.

Suggs proved that he could do a little of it all and emerged as a leader for a historic Gonzaga team. His leadership, scoring ability, and playmaking will be a welcomed sight for the Houston Rockets after going through a season to forget.
