NBA Mock Draft 2.0: Wizards land a franchise-changer; Evan Mobley rises
9. Sacramento Kings – Moses Moody, G, Arkansas
I say it every year and every year they prove me right – the Sacramento Kings are a team that you never can predict come draft time. That said, there is a player that could fit with the young Tyrese Haliburton. Moses Moody would be a solid addition, especially if they decide to shake up the roster during the offseason.
Moody is a 6-foot-6 guard out of Arkansas that has already shown promise on both ends of the floor. Even though many will argue that Moody played himself out of being a lottery pick with his less than stellar NCAA Tournament performance, he’s still a good enough player to be taken in the top 10.
Moody averaged 17 points and six rebounds on 36 percent shooting from 3-point range. Moody may not have played up to his abilities in the NCAA tournament, but Moody is a good prospect that could end up being a rotation player for many years to come in the NBA.
