12. Portland Trail Blazers

The Portland Trail Blazers have been relatively quiet this season but as long as they have Damien Lillard and C.J. McCollum on the roster, I’m not sure there’s going to be anything quiet about them heading into the playoffs.

We saw what Lillard do in the NBA’s restart bubble last season as he caught fire before his injury shouldn’t be overlooked. And I’m not willing he could do something similar over the next few weeks and into the playoffs this season.

The Blazers are currently sitting in the sixth spot in the West, but need to figure out how to get out of there. They don’t want a first-round series against the Clippers, because I don’t think they could overwhelm a team lead by Kawhi Leonard and Paul George.
