5. Phoenix Suns

With just a few weeks remaining in the regular season, I believe that it’s safe to say that the Phoenix Suns have been the NBA’s biggest surprise this season – considering where this team was last season and the impact that Chris Paul has had on this team.

I don’t think any envisioned that this would happen this quickly for the Suns. Many believed in the ability and talent of Devin Booker, but I’m not sure anyone had the Suns potentially finishing the regular season with the best record in the NBA.

Nevertheless, here we are with less than 20 games remaining in the regular season and the Suns haven’t missed a beat. How far can this team go in the playoffs? That is going to be one interesting storyline to follow.
