25. Cleveland Cavaliers

The Cleveland Cavaliers are actually still in a place where they could make the playoff play-in tournament in the Eastern Conference. However, with the way the team has played recently, I’m not sure that’s something anyone should be expecting to happen heading into the push for the playoffs.

Overall, the Cavaliers have had a fine season. Their young players have improved, Kevin Love made somewhat of a return to the floor, and there is a clear direction for the franchise.

If this team can continue to make the necessary steps forward in the development and make the right moves during the offseason, there is a path for the Cavs to make the playoffs next season in the Eastern Conference. Still, I’m not sure anyone is expecting this squad to compete for a championship anytime soon. And that’s OK.
