23. Washington Wizards

The Washington Wizards, despite the up-and-down season that this team has had this year, is actually within striking distance of possibly making the playoff play-in tournament in the Eastern Conference with less than 20 games to go in the regular season.

The team is just one game back of the 10th spot in the East and while they may not be playing their best basketball as of late, the Wizards are actually playing better than both of the Chicago Bulls and Toronto Raptors at this point.

Plus, having a player as dangerous and as talented as Bradley Beal always will give this chance in a short sample size. If the Wizards can play just a smidge better than the Bulls and the Raptors over the last few weeks of the regular season, Washington will likely make the play-in tournament.
