22. Toronto Raptors

Even though no one will consider the Toronto Raptors as a legitimate force in the Eastern Conference or even a threat to make much, if any, noise in the playoffs, there’s no question that this team should try to continue to elongate their season for the sake of Kyle Lowry.

There’s a good chance that Lowry is playing some of his final games in a Raptors uniform and what better way to send him out than one more trip to the playoffs. The Raptors might get swept or even lose in an embarrassing fashion, but missing the playoffs entirely in Kyle Lowry‘s last season just doesn’t sit right.

The Raptors have some big issues that they have to answer during the offseason, but that can wait. For now, this team needs to do what is right.
