18. Atlanta Hawks – Moses Moody, G, Arkansas

Many mock drafts that I’ve seen around are down on Moses Moody, but I can help with think that this could be the biggest hidden gem in the first round of the 2020 draft class.

Moody has good size, at 6-foot-7, and showed flashes of star potential on both ends of the floor during his time at Arkansas. He disappointed in the NCAA tournament and that’s probably where the biggest deflation comes in his pre-draft rankings.

That said, he did average 17 points per game on nearly 40 percent shooting from 3-point range. I love Moody as a prospect and if I’m wrong then I’ll be wrong and you all can call me out.

I have a feeling that he’s going to be a really good player at the next level.
