20. New York Knicks – Sharife Cooper, G, LSU

The New York Knicks would likely, one way or another, be searching for a point guard during the offseason. One potential fit in the draft is Sharife Cooper, a 6-foot-1 dynamic guard out of Auburn.

Cooper was an exceptional score at Auburn and averaged 20 points and eight assists per game. The knock on his offensive game comes with his efficiency and shot selection, but the hope and belief are that will improve at the next level.

Cooper wouldn’t need to come in and be the savior of the franchise and will be able to develop at a comfortable speed. I love the fit of Cooper on the Knicks here at No. 20.
