29. Phoenix Suns – Day’Ron Sharpe, C, North Carolina
The transformation that the Phoenix Suns have made in what seems like less than a year is quite outstanding. This is a team that didn’t even make the playoffs last year and is now on the cusp of finishing with the second-best record in the NBA.
Who knows what awaits this team in the postseason, but what they’ve done this season has been nothing short of sensation. Adding another potential frontcourt player such as Day’Ron Sharpe could be a move for this team at the end of the first round of the draft.
They don’t necessarily need any huge addition from the draft, but Sharpe gives them another option in the frontcourt and another player they can have in their developmental system.
