NBA Mock Draft 3.0: Rockets take a risk at No. 1; Wolves find missing piece
4. Orlando Magic – Jalen Green, G, G League
Had he elected to play at the college level this past season, there’s an argument to be made that Jaylen Green would be in consideration to be one of the top two picks selected in this year‘s draft.
Instead, he decided to play in the G league and still was extremely productive after averaging 18 points per game on nearly 40 percent shooting from 3-point range. Green is supremely athletic and is a player that can defend multiple positions.
If the Magic can figure out how to develop Green’s offensive skill set at an accelerated pace, there’s a chance that they will come away from one of the best players from this draft class.
