NBA Draft: Ideal team fits for the top 10 prospects in the 2021 class
NBA Draft fits: 10. Moses Moody, G/F, Arkansas
Ideal landing spot: Washington Wizards
It may not be popular to place Moses Moody in the top 10 of this draft class, but this is a hill that I’ve already been on record that I will die on. Nevertheless, I love Moody’s potential and ability for a team like the Washington Wizards.
Next to Bradley Beal, Moody will have the opportunity to grow and blossom as a young, promising prospect. Moody is a 6-foot-8 wing that proved to be a versatile offensive player during his freshman season. He averaged 17 points and six rebounds on 43 percent shooting from the field and 36 percent shooting from 3-point range.
He has good size and I believe that he’ll make the strides that he needs to make on both ends of the floor to be a good-to-great player down the line. With the pressure off of him in Washington, he’ll be able to progress at a comfortable rate.
