NBA Draft fits: 5. Jonathan Kuminga, F, G League

Ideal landing spot: Orlando Magic

To say that the Orlando Magic hit the hard reset button at the NBA Trade Deadline would be an understatement. This team is at the beginning of a long process that will, hopefully, end with this team back in the playoff picture of the Eastern Conference standings (hopefully sooner rather than later).

For Jonathan Kuminga, the Magic appears to be a good fit. With the uncertainty that revolves around Jonathan Isaac, it would be wise for Orlando to try and find the answer along the wing. Markelle Fultz and Cole Anthony have provided some encouraging signs in the backcourt, but this team still needs to try and replace Aaron Gordon.

Kuminga has great size, is a great athlete, and proved that he can be productive during his time in the G League. There are concerns about his efficiency but his offensive game as a whole is still very much a work in progress.
