NBA Draft prospects that will rise: Moses Moody, F, Arkansas

There are many that, flat out, don’t want to believe in the Moses Moody hype. However, on paper, it’s hard not to see why. Moody has great size at 6-foot-8, is a good 3-point shooter (shot 36 percent during his freshman season), and has the capability to be a good and versatile defender at the next level.

Moody is going to wow NBA scouts with his size, defensive capabilities, and is going to shoot the light out of the rock during his workouts. There are questions about his ceiling but that’s not something that should be of worry.

If Moody can be productive in the NBA, teams should worry about long-term potential down the line. After all, what are the odds that most prospects (especially those outside the top 5) even reach that potential? Teams would be foolish to push Moody down their rankings simply because of a limited ceiling.
