NBA Draft prospects that will rise: Corey Kispert, G/F, Gonzaga

It’s not every day that a “complementary” prospect ends up being taken in the top 10, but Corey Kispert proved during his senior season at Gonzaga that he has the capability to be much more than that. Kispert might be the best shooter in the draft and proved that he can do more than that too.

Kispert is a good rebounder for his size, is a good overall defender, and is a smart player that isn’t going to bog down an offense. He’s the type of player that could likely come in and contribute from the day he steps into the building. He might be a bit older than most players taken in the top 10, but he certainly a winning player.

During his final season at Gonzaga, Kispert averaged 19 points and six rebounds on 44 percent shooting from 3-point range. He’s a player that is only going to wow during his pre-draft workouts and will rise up the boards when teams see that he’s much more than just a sharpshooter.
