2. Orlando Magic – Cade Cunningham, G/F, Oklahoma State

Cade Cunningham falling to the Orlando Magic at No. 2 overall would be almost an ideal scenario for a franchise that is in desperate need of a star player. Even though there’s no guarantee that Cunningham is going to be the superstar that many project him to be at the NBA level, he does give this team direction and a new face.

This is something that the Magic simply hasn’t had over the last few seasons, ever since Dwight Howard elected to leave town. Orlando would still have an uphill battle in terms of a rebuild, but they’d at least be somewhat relevant in an Eastern Conference that continues to improve year over year.

If the Magic will be able to come away with arguably the player with the most initial star power, it is a huge win for this franchise.
