24. Sacramento Kings

The Sacramento Kings could be heading into an offseason in which they have to make a decision on this current core. Much like the Magic, the Kings could be in a position where they just simply elect to hit the hard reset button once again.

Apart from De’Aaron Fox and Tyrese Haliburton, I’m not sure there’s anyone else on this roster that should be considered off-limits heading into the offseason.

23. Toronto Raptors

The Toronto Raptors clearly didn’t have a season that they believed they would have, and missing the playoffs in what might end up being Kyle Lowry’s last season on the roster was quite discouraging.

Toronto has some big questions that they need to answer during the offseason and there’s no question that this team’s roster is going to look a bit different at the start of next season. Whether that’ll be for the better remains to be seen.
