NBA players with the most to prove: Paul George, LA Clippers

The self-named Playoff P. While his struggles in the postseason have been inflated a bit (also I feel like we discount his Indiana performances too much tbh), he has been worse in the playoffs. His field goals and 3-point percentage both plummeted in last year’s run with the LA Clippers.

And yes, Kawhi Leonard was putting up bad numbers in the loss to the Denver Nuggets, but he had been excellent up to that point. Oh, also he has two Finals MVP and has a wayyyyy longer leash.

The Clippers are likely the team with the most to prove in this postseason and it makes sense that their largest scrutinized player ends up on the list.
