19. New York Knicks – Usman Garuba, F, Spain
The New York Knicks have the luxury of taking a risk with their first-round pick this season. I’m not sure when the last time we said that about this team. Nevertheless, the Knicks are on their way up and Usman Garuba would be a good roll of the dice at this point in the first round.
20. Atlanta Hawks – Jared Butler, G, Baylor
Over the last few years, the Atlanta Hawks have done a great job in surrounding Trae Young with talent – in both free agency and the NBA Draft. Look for the team to try and continue that trend by adding some depth to their backcourt.
After helping lead Baylor to a National Championship, Jared Butler could be a fit for a Hawks team that is trending up. Butler averaged 17 points and five assists per game on 42 percent shooting from 3-point range.
