Mike’s Ranking: 21

Evan’s Ranking: 15

Jared Butler is a bonafide gamer who should be a rotational piece immediately for whatever franchise selects him. His scoring shines in a plethora of ways, and his shot creation will be valued at the next level. He can break down a defender off the dribble with his handling ability, as well as create shots off of the ball with how he can lose defenders coming off of screens.

Butler’s game is similar to NBA Hall of Famer Joe Dumars in my opinion.

He’s more than capable as a defender, even though he doesn’t have great size or length as a combo guard. At worst I see Butler as someone who can be an electric sixth man, but ultimately I believe in his upside as a dynamic secondary scorer at the next level.
