Jeremiah Robinson-Earl as I’ve said with many players on this board, to me has a really high floor. You kind of know what you’re getting with him, a stretch forward who has solid capability as a perimeter defender.
He only shot 30.1 percent from deep in his two seasons at Villanova, but Robinson-Earl looks to have lethal potential as a catch-and-shoot forward at the next level. His handling ability is better, but his prom comparison for me is seven-time NBA champion, Robert Horry.
He’s also got pretty good playmaking potential and has shown some flashes to score off of the dribble, but Robinson-Earl is going to have to convince teams he can be more than just a stretch four if he’s to move into the first-round consideration.
Which I think he can do, defensively he might get lost or beat on switches at times, but his effort is consistently there and Robinson-Earl can make plays on the defensive end. He should be a nice forward to add to a rotation’s bench for whatever team chooses him.
