NBA teams who should blow up their blueprint: Toronto Raptors

Just two seasons removed from winning their first NBA championship in franchise history, it’s probably time for the Toronto Raptors to hit the hard reset button and take some inventory on where this team wants to be in the foreseeable future.

There’s a high likelihood that the Raptors are going to lose Kyle Lowry in free agency and I’m simply not sold on Fred VanVleet and Pascal Siakam being a duo that can take you far in the playoffs – or even be the foundation of a championship core.

It might be time for the Raptors to hit the soft reset button and that might mean trading VanVleet and/or Siakam in an attempt to lay down a stronger foundation for the franchise.
