28. Philadelphia 76ers – Greg Brown, F, Texas

The Philadelphia 76ers are close to a championship and there’s still a shot that they make the NBA Finals this season, even though they’re somewhat of the forgotten contender in the Eastern Conference, despite being the No. 1 seed, but adding some depth to the frontcourt would be helpful.

Greg Brown out of Texas is not necessarily a player that will be able to contribute right away fro the Sixers, or at least that’s not the expectation, but he’s an intriguing athlete that, if he can figure himself out as a player, can really blossom in a few years.

Brown didn’t flash every game but when he did he made his presence known. He’s one of the best overall athletes in this draft class and appears to be a solid late first-round lock.
