NBA teams who should target Kristaps Porzingis: Washington Wizards

The Washington Wizards are an interesting team to follow heading into the offseason. There’s no guarantee that they’ll be able to significantly upgrade their roster because of financial issues but adding another star via trade could be an option.

Kristaps would be an intriguing option for a team that already has Bradley Beal and Russell Westbrook on the roster. Kristaps could embrace a role as the team’s third-best player and wouldn’t have a ton of pressure on him.

This could be an option in which Kristaps is able to slowly – and quietly – rebuild his reputation around the league. It would likely be a tough sell to be a team’s third-best player but at this point, it might be the only way for Kristaps to recover from the spotlight hit he’s taken over the last couple of seasons.
