Exploring 3 realistic offseason trade targets for the Los Angeles Lakers.

Coming off a disappointing title defense, the Los Angeles Lakers are going to enter the offseason with an open mind and – likely – an open checkbook. The Lakers are going to look into ways how to improve this roster and will have at least some flexibility – with LeBron James and Anthony Davis being the two big-money names on the roster.

Los Angeles has a decision to make on Dennis Schroder, who will be a free agent, and after that has only Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Kyle Kuzma as the only other players slated to make more than $10 million next season.

We know the Lakers will do their due diligence on the usual suspects – Damian Lillard, Bradley Beal, and perhaps a few other big-name stars – but for the sake of this article, we want to highlight a few names to keep an eye on that could emerge as true, realistic trade targets during this offseason.
