Miami Heat trade targets: Collin Sexton, Cleveland Cavaliers

I don’t think anyone would argue that Collin Sexton makes a lot of sense for what the Heat would want in a return for Herro. Sexton was a productive player this past season with Cleveland and assuming that the Cavs want to move in a different direction, it wouldn’t be surprising for this team to explore trade talks with the Heat for a potential Herro-Sexton swap.

Herro is a young talented player that fits the timeline in Cleveland and would be significantly cheaper than the Sexton (at least in the short term). Cleveland would eventually have to decide whether or not they wanna extend Hero, but he likely won’t cost a max extension (like Sexton) when those talks take place.

Sexton would be a player that would really help Miami next season and take some of the offensive pressure away from Jimmy and Bam.
