Teams who should target Tyler Herro: Cleveland Cavaliers

The Cleveland Cavaliers make a ton of sense as a potential Herro landing spot for several reasons, with the biggest of which that Miami would likely be interested in taking Collin Sexton back. If the two sides could work draft compensation, this is a team that could materialize.

Of course, this is also assuming that the Heat would be willing to pay Sexton the big-money extension that he’ll likely be seeking this offseason. Sexton would be a good fit in Miami and Herro is another young player that Cleveland could throw in the mix in their rebuild.

Herro is not a franchise-changing player but would absolutely help this team in the event that they want to move on from Sexton. And, short of draft compensation, there’s probably not a better player they could get back on the open market.
