Philadelphia 76ers trade targets: Kyle Lowry

It’s no secret that the Sixers were interested in point guard Kyle Lowry at the trade deadline this season. Numerous reports were made that the team was engaged in trade talks with the Raptors for the 14-year veteran.

This offseason, the Sixers could make a run at Lowry in hopes to have him play for his hometown team. Lowry would give Philly a more traditional point guard and having that skill set could possibly turn this team around and get them out of the second round of the playoffs.

Could a sign-and-trade package of Lowry and the No. 4 pick be enough for Philly to ship away Ben Simmons? Is that something the Toronto Raptors would sign off on? It’s certainly an idea that should be on the table this offseason.
