New York Knicks offseason targets: Collin Sexton

It should come as no surprise to see Collin Sexton on this list, especially if the whispers are only growing stronger about his possible availability on the trade market. If he is indeed available, he’s a player that the Knicks should be interested in.

The Knicks need a point guard of the future and while Derrick Rose was great for the team down the stretch this past season, he represents nothing more than a stopgap – even if he does return next season.

Sexton is young, extremely talented on the offensive end, and has the tools to improve on the other end of the floor. And under the tutelage of Tom Thibodeau, there’s a good chance that Sexton could evolve into more of a two-way player in New York.
