New York Knicks offseason targets: Kyle Lowry

Kyle Lowry would be a no-brainer addition for the Knicks, should they be able to get in the bidding war for his services during the offseason. Lowry is technically an unrestricted free agent but could work a sign-and-trade to try and give Toronto a parting gift this offseason (along with getting the biggest payday possible).

Even though Lowry is a bit older than many of the other players on this list, he’s still incredibly productive for a 35-year-old. For any team that signs Lowry this offseason, you’re going to have to overpay overall on his contract for what you’re going to get over the next two years.

Lowry is still a good leader, has shaken off his unfair negative playoff narrative, and is a championship piece. There should be no hesitation if you have a shot to sign him during the offseason.
