Philadelphia 76ers: 3 all-star players that could be targeted using Ben Simmons

Three all-star trade targets the Philadelphia 76ers should consider in a potential Ben Simmons deal. 

Considering how the season ended for the Philadelphia 76ers in the playoffs, it would be widely surprising if they entered the 2021-22 season with the same roster. One expectation this offseason is that the Sixers will move on from Ben Simmons.

Philadelphia has already reportedly opened trade talks and it’s reported (subscription required) that the team will be seeking an all-star caliber player in any deal revolving around Simmons. Knowing Daryl Morey, especially at this point, it would be somewhat surprising if Simmons isn’t strongly shopped over the next few weeks.

The big question is whether or not the Sixers actually pull the trigger on a Simmons deal and what they could quite possibly get in exchange. However, now that the Sixers have reportedly opened trade talks for Simmons, we explore three potential all-star targets that Philadelphia should consider making a priority if a Simmons deal is going to come to fruition this offseason.
