11. Charlotte Hornets – Kai Jones, F, Texas

With the No. 11 pick, the Charlotte Hornets will be able to finally address the frontcourt issues. With LaMelo Ball set as the point guard for the foreseeable future, Kai Jones could be the next sensible move for the Hornets.

Jones translates as a better pro than collegiate players and could be the next great big out of Texas – see Myles Turner and Jarrett Allen. The Hornets could continue to build around their young, exciting young core with this move.

After an impressive season in which they almost qualified for the postseason, the Hornets could be a darkhorse playoff threat in the Eastern Conference next season. Charlotte is trending upward.
