3. Cleveland Cavaliers – Jalen Suggs, G, Gonzaga

Even though the prevailing thought is that Evan Mobley is the unanimous No. 3 prospect (or even No. 2, depending on who you ask), I believe that the Cleveland Cavaliers are trending towards selecting a guard with the No. 3 overall pick.

And Jalen Suggs would be an ideal selection, especially if the team is seriously looking to trade Collin Sexton during the offseason. Suggs fits like a true point guard and is an ideal two-way player. He does it all on the offensive end and could unlock this roster’s potential moving forward.

Especially if the team is looking for a more pure point guard, Suggs absolutely be the pick here at No. 3. The Cavs like what they have in Jarrett Allen and, especially in today’s NBA, guards are of priority.
