4. Toronto Raptors – Evan Mobley, F/C, USC

Falling to their hands at No. 4, Evan Mobley would be a quality selection for the Toronto Raptors. Mobley has a high ceiling as a modern big in today’s game and will be able to play next to Pascal Siakam. If Mobley develops as many believe he can, the Raptors will have the ability to cultivate one of the NBA’s best big duos.

While Mobley would be a good selection for the Raptors, this is also a spot where we could see a trade. Depending on what the Raptors want to do moving forward, they could want to expedite their retooling.

Trading the No. 4 pick for a player that could help this team rebound (especially if they aren’t planning on re-signing Kyle Lowry) heading into next season. Still, I believe that the safe play is selecting the best player on the board. That’s Mobley.
