8. Orlando Magic – Jonathan Kuminga, F, G League Ignite

If the Orlando Magic are able to land Jonathan Kuminga with the No. 8 overall pick, it would be a huge win for the team in terms of value. He’s probably the best player that will be taken in this range and should probably be in the top 5.

However, he’s seen a bit of a tumble down draft boards in recent weeks. I’m not entirely sure how he’ll project at the next level, but his athleticism and streaky offensive prowess suggest that he could be a sleeper pick towards the end of the top 10.

For a team that is in desperate need of talent, as the Magic are, Orlando should be ecstatic if they are able to land him at this point in the draft. In fact, it could end up being the steal of the draft.
