NBA Draft predictions: Damian Lillard will demand a trade

Maybe not in the exact moment that the NBA Draft is ongoing but I believe that news will break during the draft that Damian Lillard wants a fresh start away from the Portland Trail Blazers. And it will send everyone into a frenzy, making for a much more entertaining draft night.

Lillard won’t be traded and it will just be the beginning of a saga that could very well drag into the season and perhaps beyond – look how long James Harden took to get moved after it was known that he wanted out of Houston.

Nevertheless, Lillard is one of the biggest superstars in the NBA today and will send the league into shock should this actually transpire on draft night. It seems as if Lillard’s days in Portland are numbered. It’s just a matter of when Lillard officially says he wants out.
