3. Cleveland Cavaliers – Jalen Green, G, G League Ignite

Especially considering that the Cleveland Cavaliers are reportedly seriously considering trading Collin Sexton, I’d find it shocking if they didn’t take a guard with the No. 3 overall pick. I believe that they’ll take Jalen Green over Jalen Suggs only because of the projected ceilings.

Green projects to be the best offensive player from this draft class and have already drawn comparisons on that end of the floor to some of the all-time greats. Will he hit those ceilings? Who knows, but the Cavs have to love that potential.

The Cavs would get an excellent offensive player that could potentially help this team take the next step as a franchise. Green could develop into the new face of the franchise for the team and would give this team a solid group of young players to build around moving forward.
