5. Orlando Magic – Scottie Barnes, G/F, Florida State

With the fifth overall pick in the NBA Draft, the Orlando Magic go off the board a bit with their selection. Scottie Barnes, who has seen a rise up draft boards over the last few weeks, will be the pick here at No. 5 and will hope to be a versatile wing for this franchise.

Barnes is an interesting prospect and will likely be able to play all over the floor at the NBA level. He has great size, length, and athleticism. He has the potential to be a great two-way player and some even believe he can be a superstar.

For the Magic, he can develop into a future building block and foundational piece. This is a franchise that is in dire need of a star and with two picks in the top 10, Orland is hoping that they can at least hit on one of them.
