The 5 free agents that can be considered the biggest risks. 

NBA Free Agency is set to open and there are several teams that will be in hopes of retooling or sparking a rebuild this offseason. With several big names on the open market heading into free agency, there is plenty of hype heading into the next few days.

The big question revolves around how many big names will actually elect to swap jerseys this summer. A free agency class led by Kyle Lowry, Kawhi Leonard, Chris Paul, and others, there are many teams looking to pounce as soon as possible

However, as is always the case in every free agency period, there are risks. Whether it’s paying a player that perhaps is still viewed as unproven, giving a long-term contract to an injury-prone player, or handing the keys to the franchise to a player that has not yet excelled in such a role.
