NBA Trade Rumors: Which teams should target Marvin Bagley if he’s on the trade block?

With the NBA Draft and the bulk of free agency officially in the book, the NBA offseason is about to slowly drift away from out of the headlines as we await the start of training camps and the 2021-22 season.

Although, there are still some subplots to keep an eye on over the course of the next few weeks. And one of those revolves around what the Sacramento Kings will elect to do with Marvin Bagley. There were whispers at the start of the offseason that the Kings were shopping him and it would be surprising if that still wasn’t the case.

During his three seasons with the Kings, he’s been productive but has left much to be desired for a player that was drafted second overall in the 2018 NBA Draft. This past season with the Kings, Bagley averaged 14 points and seven rebounds on 50 percent shooting from the field and 34 percent shooting from 3-point range.

At just 22 years old, there’s a chance that Bagley can still resurrect his career if can get a fresh start with the right team. Assuming that a trade could be on the horizon, we explore three teams that should be interesting in taking a shot on the young talented big.
