7. Denver Nuggets

It’s a shame that we never got to see a healthy Denver Nuggets in the postseason. After Jamal Murray went down with a major knee injury, the Nuggets were never the same team. Assuming that Murray can return quickly, the hope is that the Nuggets will be able to pick up where they left off.

Though, that’s no guarantee. At least for fairness, it wouldn’t be right to expect Murray to return from the knee injury at full speed. It may take up to a year before we see Murray performing at the level he was prior to the injury.

And that could hurt the Nuggets’ chances this season. That could prevent them from being a championship contender this season. That doesn’t mean they won’t be really good and that they won’t win plenty of games.
