2. Brooklyn Nets

There’s an argument to be made that the Brooklyn Nets beat the Milwaukee Bucks in the Eastern Conference semifinals if there are no injuries to Kyrie Irving and/or James Harden or if Kevin Durant uses one size smaller pair of sneakers.

Either way, heading into the 2021-22 NBA season, the Nets will be heavy favorites to emerge in the East. With Brooklyn’s trio returning and getting healthy this offseason, it’ll be interesting to see how this team evolves this season.

When healthy, there might not be a team in NBA history that scores at the efficiency and rate as the Nets. However, that’s the biggest questions and, really, only concern for this team – health. If they can remain healthy throughout this season, perhaps that 73-win mark could be in jeopardy.
