14. New York Knicks

Coming off a season in which the  New York Knicks took a step forward as a franchise, it was going to be interesting to see what his team ended up doing in free agency with all the flexibility that they had heading into the summer.

While they didn’t make any big splash moves in the offseason, the Knicks did improve by adding Kemba Walker at the point guard position. Walker may no longer be in the prime of his career, but he’s still better than anything the Knicks had at the position last season.

If the Knicks are going to make a big step forward this season, it will have to come on the back of RJ Barrett. Barrett is the only player on this roster that has that superstar potential. And he’ll have to come through.
