NBA: 5 free agents that will make the biggest impact on their new teams in 2021
1. Kyle Lowry, Miami Heat
It’s no surprise that the No. 1 free agency from this past season is predicted to make the biggest impact on their new team. However, I don’t think this is just chalk. It’s the truth. Kyle Lowry fits so well on the Miami Heat that his potential impact can’t truly be measured.
He’ll help offensively as being a primary or secondary playmaker next to Jimmy Butler, will help be the second or third option as a scorer, will help with being an upgrade when it comes to a point-of-attack defender, and will also bring some much-needed added leadership to the locker room.
Lowry is exactly what Heat culture is and should be a seamless addition for Miami this season. That’s the biggest reason why I believe he has the potential to leave a lasting impact on the Heat this year.
