Michael Porter Jr., Denver Nuggets

Over the first two years of his career, Michael Porter Jr. has absolutely been a good player. He’s grown and developed into a starter for the Denver Nuggets and is coming off a season in which he averaged 19 points and seven rebounds per game on 45 percent shooting from 3-point range.

That said, I believe he’s going to take another step – this time, onto stardom – this season for the Nuggets. Even though it’s going to be extremely hard to measure that tangibly, especially considering that he plays in Denver, but he’s going to slowly begin to become a household name in the league.

I’m not sure if he’s going to overshadow Nikola Jokic this season but he’s going to make a strong name for himself and is going to continue to develop into one of the most lethal scorers in the NBA.
