NBA blockbuster trade ideas: Myles Turner to the LA Clippers

Under the assumption that Kawhi Leonard will return from his injury sooner rather than later, though there’s no true guarantee of that, the LA Clippers likely appear to be one big-impact player away from being a true contender.

One player that perhaps could fill that spot is Myles Turner, especially if the Indiana Pacers get off to a slow start to the season. Turner would be an immediate upgrade at the center position for the Clippers and he would be an ideal fit on both ends of the floor.

Turner is one of the better rim defenders in the league, has the ability to stretch the defense on the offensive end, and doesn’t need the ball in his hands to be most effective. Turner would be able to come in and just fit next to Kawhi and Paul George.
