Predicting the top 8 scoring duos in the NBA for the 2021-22 season.

For the past few years, Sir Charles has allowed me to publish scoring predictions for the best NBA duos. Unfortunately, like every year, I have to begin with the caveat that injuries have eliminated at least one awesome duo.

Some “second bananas” like Tim Hardaway Jr., Andrew Wiggins, and basically all of the veteran point guards that signed contracts this summer likely won’t put up the numbers expected of a quality secondary option to be included on this list. Paul George will be the man on the Clippers, with no clear second option.

Likewise, including the main guys on the Raptors and Blazers (fixtures on this list since its inception four years ago) feels like betting against a trade I personally want to happen. I’ve also tried to avoid including players on teams in volatile situations, such as the 76ers and Pacers. So with those caveats, here are the eight top-scoring duos of the coming NBA season
