NBA Trade Rumors: 3 teams that would make sense for Kyrie Irving, should he hit the trade block.

At least to start the season, Kyrie Irving will not be a member of the Brooklyn Nets – he won’t be participating in team practices or games. That could change at any moment (should he get the COVID-19 vaccine), but for the time being the Nets will be Kyrie-less to begin the regular season.

Heading into the remainder of the regular season, the big question is whether Kyrie plans to eventually get the vaccine or if this is something that is going to drag into the season – hoping that he could finally get a vaccine exception at some point before the postseason.

If he doesn’t plan on changing his stance, it could open the door for the Nets to possibly trade him – it’s already been reported that they don’t plan on offering him a contract extension under the current circumstances.

Assuming Kyrie wasn’t lying when he said he doesn’t plan on retiring, a potential trade has become, even just a tad, more likely over the past few days. So, who are a few teams that should be interested? There are at least three teams that would make sense for Kyrie, should a trade even be on the table.
